What We're Looking For

3+ years immersed in American culture: Lived in the US or worked full-time for US companies as client-facing recruiting roles (not candidate facing)

• Extensive experience in client intake, guiding, and influencing challenging clients
• Proven success in building relationships, expanding roles, and gaining referrals
• Expert closer with high offer acceptance for ~$200K USD roles
• Strong track record in negotiating and closing new contracts
• Long job stability and career progression with endorsements and references
