The Role -
We're seeking a Research Data Engineer to drive our innovative projects bridging canine cognition and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications and manage diverse data streams
• Build tools for research analysis and experiments
• Perform in-depth analysis of complex, multi-modal datasets
• Apply algorithms creatively to solve unique challenges in canine olfaction and neuroscience
• Collaborate on improving our canine brain-computer interface, olfactory workstation, and EHR clinical operations.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in research settings, special points if in computational or cognitive neuroscience
• Strong full-stack development and database management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and machine learning
• Familiarity with embedded systems and signal processing
• High agency, creativity, and technical ability
• Ability to work across traditional domain boundaries and the physical-digital divide

We value skills and potential over credentials or years of experience. High-caliber generalists who can work across the stack are especially encouraged to apply.

Location

• Full-time roles: Relocation to Bangalore required, with regular commute to our lab (at least 3 days/week)
• May ask for 3mo internship that converts to full-time role
