Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and prospective clients
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing clients’ objectives
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Drive and meet growth targets

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in the Blockchain or Web3 space
• Preferably with experience in DeFi/Crypto organisations and familiarity with DeFi protocols.
• Working experience as a sales executive, business development or a relevant role
• Proficient market knowledge in blockchain especially liquid staking is required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to handle stress
• Proven sales track record is a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment is a plus
