Business Development Associate (Commission-Based)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team on a commission-based structure. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
• Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking
• Schedule and conduct meetings/presentations with potential clients to showcase our products/services
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and close deals
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
