We are looking for a crypto-native and CT twitter-native Business Developer to join our team and help us grow Console usage and integrations as we keep expanding the product's capabilities.
As a Business Developer, you will drive Console’s growth by identifying and engaging with protocols, on-chain users, and partners that align with Brahma’s vision and product offerings. This role involves building meaningful relationships through active engagement on Twitter and Telegram, and cultivating a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Collaborating closely with Brahma’s founders and team, you will play a key role in shaping our sales approach and nurturing long-term partnerships that enhance Console’s presence and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Identification and Engagement: Identify and approach protocols, and key on-chain users who align with Console’s self-custody and execution solutions, expanding Console’s reach across target audiences. Drive Brahma's presence in key ecosystems we target.
- Engagement and Sales: Actively engage with the community, potential partners, and influencers on Twitter and other social media platforms, positioning Console within relevant conversations and communities.
- Relationship Development: Actively engage with prospects, and work with the team to foster strong, meaningful partnerships that support Console’s long-term adoption.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a structured pipeline of potential clients, moving prospects through a well-organised relationship and sales process.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on ecosystem developments, especially in DeFi and protocol partnerships, to bring fresh ideas and partner opportunities into Brahma.
Qualifications
- Crypto-Native Experience: Deep interest in the crypto and DeFi space, with knowledge of onchain opportunities, ecosystems and crypto-twitter dynamics.
- Relationship and Outreach Skills: Proven experience in prospecting, relationship-building, or business development, ideally within crypto.
- Strong Communication Abilities: Skilled in clear and impactful communication, both online (social media, especially Twitter) and in client-facing interactions.
- Collaborative Approach: Ability to work closely with founders and the broader team, bringing a collaborative spirit to the business development and sales process.
