Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers, introducing them to Kommunicate's solutions.
- Inbound Response: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position Kommunicate's offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales performance.
Other requirements
- Experience 0-2 years of experience in SaaS sales or a similar role.
- Experience with lead generation and cold outreach is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage potential customers and build relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Self-motivated highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
