Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
  2. Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers, introducing them to Kommunicate's solutions.
  3. Inbound Response: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  4. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position Kommunicate's offerings.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales performance.

Other requirements

  1. Experience 0-2 years of experience in SaaS sales or a similar role.
  2. Experience with lead generation and cold outreach is a plus.
  3. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage potential customers and build relationships.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  6. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  7. Self-motivated highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  8. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
  9. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
