The Opportunity:
We're seeking a Director of Account Management to lead our customer success efforts and drive our company's growth. This role is crucial in shaping our customer experience and influencing our product's evolution. Based in our NYC office, you'll lead a team that bridges our innovative technology with the operational needs of healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement our account management strategy, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, setting goals and establishing best practices
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align customer success strategies with company objectives
- Oversee the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Channel customer feedback into actionable insights for our Product and Engineering teams
- Manage and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the account management team
- Cultivate relationships with key clients, handling escalations and ensuring their success
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in account management or customer success leadership, preferably in SaaS serving smb and mid-market customers
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Understanding of healthcare operations and the challenges faced by frontline providers
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive change
- Excellent communication skills and empathy for understanding complex customer needs
- Adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Passion for using technology to improve healthcare operations
- Self-starter with a track record to prove it
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings and on-site visits
