Running restaurants is hard enough and only becoming more difficult. Rising food costs, labor costs, and economic uncertainty have only made things more complicated. The typical restaurant now has at least 5+ different tech platforms to power their business, but these systems don’t usually talk to each other, leaving operators alone to navigate an increasingly fragmented landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and build upon existing relationships to serve as a trusted advisor to Restaurants.
- Assist restaurant operators with Loyalist configuration and guest retention strategies
- Act as the high-level point of contact for restaurant needs
- Achieve company goals and objectives set quarterly.
- Track weekly meeting activity in our internal CRM
- Monthly meetings with Best-in-class partners
- Manage customer accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities
- Collect feedback from restaurants to suggest feature and functionality requirements for product upgrades
- Compose monthly updates and use-case emails to existing customers
