At Fulfil, Inside Sales Representatives pride themselveson being product experts who focus on closing deals the right way - with the right customers whom they set up for success. An Inside Sales Rep at Fulfil works closely with our Director of Sales in a team selling environment. This starts at qualification, right through to the demo and scoping out the implementation through to closure. Successful Inside Sales Representatives have a passion for sales as a craft; they are capable of managing multiple opportunities at the same time, with minimal supervision, and in a consultative approach, that drives long-term client success.

This role extends beyond the typical responsibilities of a Business Development Representative (BDR) by encompassing a broader range of tasks that support both sales and overall business growth. While a traditional BDR focuses primarily on lead generation and qualification, our Inside Sales Representative will - directly influence sales strategy, manage customer relationships, prepare sales presentations and contracts, and work with other departments cross-functionally to win.

What you'll do:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and inbound inquiries. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, RFPs and contracts. Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and demos with potential clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in SalesForce.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce.com and tech-savvy with modern SaaS tools - GDocs, Slack, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • An athlete's work ethic and committment to winning
