OSINT Industries, a leading UK-based intelligence company, specializes in providing open-source intelligence (OSINT) solutions to law enforcement agencies, government bodies, and investigative companies worldwide. We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our sales team and support our expanding user base.
Due to the sensitive nature of our work, applicants must be UK citizens or citizens of a Five Eyes country (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, USA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and vet government users of our tools via email and video call.
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial partners.
- Attend and present training sessions and other offerings to potential clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests through telephone, email, or instant messaging.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain confidential records and financial information securely.
- Utilize HubSpot efficiently for communication and logging activities.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using HubSpot.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of emails and communications.
- Comfort and skill in pitching and selling via video calls.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer support.
- Familiarity with the policing and intelligence sectors.
