Integrity Matters (www.integritymatters.in), is a young and growing organization in the niche area of Business Ethics. We provide IT-enabled whistleblowing and compliance training services. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals passionate about creating connections, developing relationships, and driving sales in this niche area. The ideal candidate is specialized in or has experience in Business Development and pre-sales in eLearning and similar B2B compliance services.
This position is based in Waghle Estate, Thane, Mumbai. It is NOT a remote position.
Job description
• Lead Generation, Email Campaigns, Data Mining, Online Networking, Marketing Activities, Customer Follow-up, Cold Calling. Identification and outbound reach-out to potential clients.
• Planning and execution for the acquisition of clients, based on targets set to meet organizational requirements.
• Contact leads to establish rapport and set up meetings. Execute all initial communication and follow up with prospective clients.
• Demonstrating the elearning product suite to leads, which requires knowing the product and its features in and out, and also industry know-how.
• Follow up with prospective clients until the closing of the sale. Should be an expert in closing deals.
• Drafting proposals, RFP / RFI responses and service agreements, or assisting seniors in doing so.
• Communicating new product and service developments to prospective clients.
• Exposure to custom eLearning, mobile learning, content development, web, and other technologies services and solutions selling will be preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Experience
• Have a proven record of success in B2B Sales.
• Experience in the E-learning and/or compliance industry is a must. In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
• Efficient with tools like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• 4-5 years of successful sales experience.
Qualification
• Graduate/Postgraduate with MBA preferred.
Eligibility
• Strong passion for technology and technology selling.
• Great researcher, excellent listener, capable of identifying prospects' needs.
• Strong Analytical and Negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and team player with interpersonal skills.
• Good familiarity with CRMs like Zoho CRM, and Zoho Campaigns, Apollo, Lucia etc.
• Exceptional organizing and time management skills.
