Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer project rollouts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope
• Analysis and documentation of customer requirements
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and management
• Track and report on the team's progress using appropriate metrics
• Execute project governance structures to ensure adherence to project management best practices and exceptional customer experience
• Become a subject matter expert in our products and be able to intelligently speak and report on technical aspects, features and issues internally as well as with our customers

Requirements:

• 2 to 2.5 years of experience as a project manager, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in project coordination and providing exceptional service to customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Proficiency in standard IT applications such as Word, Excel, and an interest in technology and its application.
• Solution-oriented with creativity and persistence in overcoming obstacles.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities, working well under pressure to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidates:

• Individuals with experience in project management within the NBFC, banking, or insurance sectors.
• Prior involvement in incentive compensation management in any sector, particularly in the above-mentioned industries, is a big plus.
