Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager (Payments) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a deep understanding of payment systems and regulations. This role is integral to managing our payment programs and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of payment programs, ensuring successful delivery and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payment systems and processes, focusing on IMPS, UPI, and NEFT.
Analyze current payment processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize transaction efficiency and reduce risk.
Liaise with external partners, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as necessary.
Monitor industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to payments.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of payment systems and regulations, including IMPS, UPI, and NEFT.
3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, payment operations, or related fields.
Proven track record in project management and stakeholder coordination.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
