Program Management Intern – NameDrop (Remote)

NameDrop is an innovative name pronunciation tool designed to help people share how their names are meant to be pronounced, making introductions smoother and more inclusive. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Program Management Intern to assist our team in tracking client needs, ensuring project milestones are met, and supporting our developers in managing day-to-day tasks.

What You’ll Do:
As a Program Management Intern at NameDrop, you’ll work closely with the founder and developers to keep projects on track and ensure that client requirements are understood and met. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of project management in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met, and tracking deliverables.
• Work with the development team to ensure that client needs are communicated clearly and efficiently.
• Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items to ensure project progress.
• Track and report on project status, providing updates to the team and clients as needed.
• Assist in prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project deadlines.
• Help manage communication with clients to align expectations and deliverables.
• Use project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Discord, JIRA) to keep projects organized and up-to-date.
