Content Localization Internship

Cynapto Technologies is a deeptech startup based out of London and Mumbai. We are a pioneering Generative AI startup developing Spectral – a groundbreaking end-to-end language localization platform. Our mission is to address the challenges of high costs, time, and complexity in the £6 billion film dubbing industry.

Spectral is an AI-driven software tailored for video content, enabling seamless global business expansion by overcoming language barriers. It is designed to revolutionize how creators, businesses, and media platforms engage in global communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Localization – Transcribe, Translate and Localize audio and video content accurately and efficiently. Ensure transcriptions are clear, concise, and free of errors. Ensure translations maintain the original meaning, tone, and context.
• Platform Utilization - Use localization platforms and tools to manage and update localized content. Ensure content is correctly formatted and localized according to specific market requirements.
• Quality Assurance - Review and proofread translated and transcribed content to ensure high quality and consistency. Implement feedback from localization reviewers and language experts.
• Collaboration - Work with cross-functional teams to support localization efforts. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving localization processes.

Job Requirements
Education:
• Completed a degree in Translation, Linguistics, International Studies, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
• Proficiency in English and atleast 2 other Indian languages such as Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi.
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and localization best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with localization tools and platforms.
