Onboarding Specialist Intern

START DATE: Immediately
DURATION : 6 Months
STIPEND: ₹ 20,000 /month + Incentives ( you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive)
Are available for full time (in-office) internship
Seeking recent graduates or students in their final semester only.

Skill(s) required :

1. Good communication skills in English and proficiency in drafting emails.( Optional : Hindi)
2. Basic Knowledge on Excel or spreadsheets
3. Time management

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide prompt and professional responses to brand inquiries via telephone or email.
2. Maintain updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
3. Document brands interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties
4. Explain simply and clearly in response to brands questions and check for brands understanding and acceptance
5. Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits
6. Build and sustain strong relationships with brands by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
7. After a six-month internship, the opportunity for full-time employment will be determined based on your performance
