Cprime is one of Atlassian's Largest Platinum Partners and in EMEA we have experienced over 200% growth since 2022. We are now looking for an experienced, skilled Atlassian Solution Engineer. Cprime is a dynamic, global consulting group with over 20 years of experience in helping our customers optimise their people, process and technology. We blend ways of working, technical excellence, process optimisation and tooling implementation to help our customers deliver work more efficiently and effectively. Roles and responsibilities
- Technical Guidance and Solution Creation during all stages of the sales cycle
- Identifying and distilling customer pain points with our Account Teams and showcasing the value we can deliver to help our customers
- Communicating Cprime USP and Value add during RFPs and Proposals
- Creating pragmatic solutions that deliver value against customer pain points in the most effective and efficient way
- Advising on Migrations, Implementations and Optimisation of the Atlassian Platform
- Working closely with our Sales Teams to deliver solutions that align Cprime’s blended service offerings
- Executing demonstrations, client presentations and ad-hoc consulting
Experience we are looking for
- At least 3+ years experience in creating Atlassian customer for solutions for Cloud Migrations, JSM and Jira/Confluence
- Managing multiple customer deliverables/proposals at any one time
- At least 3+ years of experience working within the Atlassian Partner ecosystem
- At least 5+ years of experience working in a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer or Pre-Sales role
- A bonus would be to have an understanding of Agile, DevOps and Service Management
- Ability to work alongside a fast-paced sales team
- Experience managing customer deal cycles and experience managing multiple proposals that have led to revenue growth
- Experience working with Atlassian Marketplace and plug-ins
