What We're Looking For

1. 3+ years immersed in American culture: Lived in the US or worked full-time for US companies in customer-facing roles (excluding back office or lead gen roles).
2. Sales: Proven success in fast sales cycles: Closed recruiting products with tech companies within approximately 2 weeks, with deal values exceeding $10,000 USD.
3. Founding team DNA: Thrives as the first salesperson, startup’s first 5 hires, driving results independently, without needing existing processes.
4. Long job stability and career progression with endorsements and references

Bonus Experience:

• Founding experience - starting companies that have generated meaningful revenue.
• Having a superpower that requires years of hardwork and overcame failures. Eg: video game leaderboard, black belt, top ranked athlete, etc
