What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Product Manager to take over ownership of our eCommerce/retail product from our CEO. You will join us in creating the next generation of our over-the-phone voice assistant for customer experience. You will be managing features and updates of our core voice product and assisting in the strategic vision/planning for company product initiatives.
At Flip, you'll create voice user experiences, features, and oversee whole segments of the Flip assistant. You'll be diving into the call data, identifying key works and needs of our customers’ customers, and partnering with Engineering/Customer Success Managers to drive automation initiatives.
Who You Are, As A Product Manager
- You care about the customers’ customers and understand their needs along their consumer journey
- 3+ years of product management experience on small teams (<5 people) and are comfortable being the only PM in your vertical for the near future
- Excited to continue delivering our WEEKLY product releases by identifying additional areas for us to add voice automation (https://flipcx.com/product-releases/)
- Comfortable meeting with our customers (Ecommerce/Retail brands), and are confident in showcasing to them how we can increase their phone automation over time
- A copilot to Engineering when it comes to setting priorities, making detailed specs, helping with QA, as each additional call automated is an additional dollar in revenue
- Know why each new feature is impactful and important and can align with Marketing on getting it to the right customers
