Who We Are Looking For

As an SDR Manager + Team Lead, you are an outgoing personality who embodies a unique blend of qualities. You should be energetic and encouraging, like a motivational coach, inspiring team members to reach their full potential. At the same time, you need to be demanding and challenging, pushing our team to excel and exceed expectations.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • 3+ years of professional work experience, ideally in a B2B Sales/Consulting role
  • Experience in managing people and leading teams.
  • Engaging personality that builds rapport and trust
  • Persistent self-starter who does not take “no” for an answer
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Strong ongoing project management and team support skills
  • A focus on results to be achieved, being performance-driven and demanding
  • You enforce accountability with team members
  • Ability to encourage and challenge team members to bring out their best performance
  • The excitement from the team winning rather than from purely personal achievements
  • An outspoken personality with direct communication skills, being a "straightforward talker" and able to handle conflicts professionally
  • Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining a professional work environment
  • Strong understanding of professional behaviour and ability to maintain it in the workplace
  • Willingness to take constructive criticism, overall feedback and direction to increase sales - and your income
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a benefit

Key Objectives and Responsibilities
As a growing startup, our roles are always evolving and you will get to experience a steep learning curve.

  • Leading, Managing, Accountability (LMA) of the SDR team aka "Growth Consultants”
  • Run daily Standup & Check-in meetings with Growth Consultants for performance updates, accountability, and troubleshooting, while communicating KPIs to the leadership team.
  • Manage the company scorecard, monitor performance against key metrics, and run weekly EOS Level 10 meetings (Rocks, Scorecard, To-Dos, Issues).
  • Track performance and effectiveness of outreach campaigns (for ATLAS Sales and client campaigns), holding team members accountable based on numbers/stats and ensuring targets are met.
  • Guarantee accuracy and adherence to best practices, such as logging interactions (email replies), disqualifying leads, and tracking won/lost opportunities, resulting in comprehensive performance reports.
  • Ensure the day-to-day tasks run smoothly, and the company operating system is followed by all team members, creating a well-organised and efficient work environment.
