About the role:

In this role, you will become an equity expert and use that knowledge to implement our customers onto the EquityList platform, setting them up for long-term success.

You will work to:

• Establish strong customer relationships and inspire long-term retention by providing a high-quality and timely onboarding process as the first service provider post-sale.
• Migrate and maintain the quality of clients' data from onboarding to platform use.
• Train clients on how to use EquityList software: You feel comfortable working with data, business systems, and developing training content for our customers.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and platform by closely working with product and engineering teams to improve the experience for our customers.
• Be the support pillar for customers by addressing their queries and improving our Help Center to improve their user experience
• Build expertise at the intersection of equity management, finance, and software industry to act as customers’ voice within EquityList.

What we are looking for:

• At least 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in the domain of SaaS
• You are customer-obsessed and eager to learn.
• You have a passion for problem-solving.
• You are motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with great people skills and a high degree of empathy.
• You are organized and have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• You are ambitious, proactive, a self-starter, helpful and resourceful.
• You are flexible, adaptive, and resilient.
• You are comfortable working with Excel.
• You are eager to learn about private equity and the startup ecosystem.
• Experience working at a high-growth software company
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting (Not mandatory)
