Hi, I’m Rishabh. I currently serve as the COO of EquityList, and I joined the company in 2022 as Business Head. What’s kept me excited here is how fast we’ve scaled in the last few years — but more importantly, *how* we’ve done it. We’re building a solution we genuinely believe in, and there’s a real passion behind every workflow, every feature, every new service we launch. We’ve made innovation a habit, not an event. My vision is simple: to build the operating system for modern equity — something teams rely on every single day. And to do that, we’re building a very specific kind of team: A team of A players that value high-ownership, have low-ego. We hire people that are Customer-first at every level, ambitious but grounded, transparent, feedback-driven, and above all — people who genuinely care about the work and about each other.
