The Role

EquityList is an equity management software for companies across APAC, MENA, and the US. Unicorns such as Cars24, Slice, Shiprocket, Bluestone, Blackbuck, Livspace, and Pristyn Care, along with 360+ companies use our software to digitize and manage cap tables, stock options, and related compliances. About the Role:

EquityList is seeking a young and dynamic Onboarding Specialist to accelerate customer adoption. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for driving early customer interactions, product walk-throughs, preparing onboarding materials, and share best cap table and ESOP management practices to get companies started on EquityList.

You will:

  • Perform 1:1 onboardings with customers.
  • Constantly experiment and optimise customer onboarding flows.
  • Track customer onboarding journeys on the CRM and diligently record them.
  • Prepare customer onboarding and support materials.
  • Support EquityList's customers as a product expert and resolve their queries.
  • Manage your accounts and grow their product usage via upsell and crosselling opportunities
  • Help design product and process improvements by delivering client feedback to the product team.
  • Become an expert in cap table engineering and ESOP management.

You have:

  • Experience of at least 3 years in a high-velocity customer facing role at a tech company.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written). You enjoy writing and documentation.
  • A strong sense of customer service. You want to see customers you interact with succeed and have the best experience possible.
  • Comfort with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Loom, etc.
