The Role:

Houseware is looking for an experienced and skilled pre-sales customer success manager to join our GTM team. At Houseware, you will be running POCs/pilots with different prospects to showcase the product's value and help them through the onboarding cycle.

The ideal candidate should put the business priorities first while solving the prospect’s problems during the POC and understanding the technical nuances that help the prospect succeed with Houseware.

What you will do:

  • Data onboarding: understand the customer’s existing data stack and help them navigate the warehouse-native setup for the Houseware product.

  • User interviews: talk to users to understand their pain points and educate them on how these can be solved on Houseware.

  • Product onboarding: help users of Houseware onboard on the product and solve their product analytics use cases by driving engagement, conducting demos, workshops, etc.

  • Define the customer roadmap: push the Houseware product by triaging customer requests and helping the engineering team prioritize the best thing to build for the Houseware product.

Skills you should have:

  • Excellence in communicating effectively across multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts easily.

  • Condensing a large amount of feedback into crisp action items (for both internal and external consumption).

  • Stage-specific: We are a fast-moving org. Given that, you must be diligent, pay attention to detail, meet deadlines, and be proactive in leading your charter.

  • Prior experience in the B2B SaaS and/or the data industry is a big plus.
