Key Responsibilities :
Market Research & Analysis
Utilize AI-driven tools to conduct more in-depth market research and predictive analytics to better understand customer behaviors, preferences, and trends.
Implement AI-powered competitive intelligence tools to analyze industry trends, customer pain points, and emerging opportunities.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Work with the AI team to develop AI-driven customer segmentation and targeting strategies that can dynamically adjust based on real-time data.
Implement AI-based predictive models to forecast market demand and optimize campaign timing and targeting.
Collaborate with the AI team to develop tools that automate sales enablement, customer acquisition, and marketing strategies.
Strategic Partnerships
Use AI-based data analytics to identify high-potential ONDC merchants or partners and forecast partnership performance.
Collaborate with the AI team to develop AI-driven dashboards that track partnership success and optimize partner acquisition and retention strategies.
Product Positioning & Messaging
Leverage AI tools to create personalized messaging and dynamic content based on user data, preferences, and behavior, ensuring communications are highly relevant and engaging.
Utilize AI-driven sentiment analysis to refine messaging and communication strategies based on customer feedback.
Launch Planning & Execution
Integrate AI-based tools to predict the best timing, channels, and audiences for app launches based on historical data and market insights.
Work with AI teams to automate launch communications and optimize marketing efforts in real-time, adjusting based on performance data.
Customer Acquisition & Growth
Use AI for customer acquisition, optimizing digital campaigns through programmatic ad buying, and improving targeting through machine learning algorithms.
Implement AI-powered tools to analyze user behavior, predict churn, and tailor customer journeys for higher retention and engagement rates.
Partnership Development
Collaborate with AI experts to develop predictive models that identify potential high-value partners in the healthcare, senior living, or related sectors.
Use AI to automate co-marketing strategies, analyze partner performance, and dynamically adjust partnerships to enhance reach.
Data-Driven Optimization
Utilize AI-powered analytics tools to continuously monitor KPIs, enabling real-time campaign optimization.
Conduct AI-driven A/B testing to fine-tune marketing messages, creative assets, and conversion funnels, maximizing campaign efficiency.

Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Knowledge of AI and data analytics tools is a strong plus.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product marketing, or related roles, with experience in AI-driven marketing or digital tools preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
Familiarity with AI-based tools for market research, customer segmentation, performance analytics, and campaign optimization.
Strong understanding of AI in digital marketing channels and its impact on customer acquisition strategies.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and machine learning models to enhance GTM performance.
