We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst

The successful candidate will possess a strong business acumen, analytical prowess, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

As part of your day-to-day work, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Provide strategic insights to support key decision-making processes.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise technical requirements.
• Develop and deliver presentations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven initiatives and strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Must haves:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on strategic insights.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a must.
• Advantage: Previous experience in employee benefits analysis, business scenario identification, or similar areas.
