Summary:
As the Revenue Manager and Analyst, you will assume a vital and multifaceted role. Your responsibilities encompass
overseeing revenue management endeavors for multiple clients and assuming the role of an Analyst. Collaborating closely
with clients, you'll manage OTA (Online Travel Agency) activities and liaise with OTA Market Managers to tackle day-to-day
listing issues. Your primary objective is to enhance revenue and fine-tune profitability for each client's venture. In your
capacity as an Analyst, you'll monitor hotel metrics, offer assistance to hotels with online initiatives, and furnish regular
and spontaneous reports and evaluations. You'll also enjoy opportunities for job enrichment as the service expands.
Your role also extends to –
● Enhancing and broadening distribution partnerships.
● Functioning as a holistic business development advisor for hotel managers and owners.
● Encouraging and influencing hotels to elevate their service standards and operational practices.
● Establishing and nurturing robust working rapports with diverse personnel levels at client hotels.
● Maintaining regular communication with each hotel through phone calls and Google Meet.
● Instilling a culture of revenue management throughout the organization.

operational excellence within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
● OTA Management: Manage relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and coordinate with OTA Market
Managers to ensure rate parity, proper inventory management, and optimal revenue generation through these channels.
● Distribution Channel Management: Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution.
o Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.
o Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team.
o Evaluate the performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (FIT, tour operators, corporates, consortia,
crew, groups, etc.).
o Reduce the cost of distribution by finding new less expensive means of delivering business
● Analyst Duties:
o Keep track of hotel metrics, including revenue, occupancy, and ADR (Average Daily Rate).
o Provide support to hotels for online actions, such as managing room inventory and pricing.
o Deliver periodic and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to clients and internal stakeholders.
o Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated, and working to full capacity
o Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.
● Revenue Management for Multiple Clients: Drive revenue management efforts for a diverse portfolio of clients,
including hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments. Develop customized revenue strategies based on each
client's unique needs and market conditions. Prepare an outline for and support the annual revenue budget process.
● Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies for each client to optimize revenue and occupancy.
Conduct periodic competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Perform
competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
● Demand Forecasting: Utilize historical data, market trends, and events analysis to accurately forecast demand for
each client. Collaborate with clients to develop tailored promotions and pricing strategies.
● Yield Management: Implement yield management techniques to maximize revenue from available inventory or
capacity for each client. Monitor booking patterns and adjust pricing dynamically to capitalize on demand.
● Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with clients to provide accurate revenue forecasts and assist in budgeting
processes.
● Pricing Controls: Establish and enforce pricing controls and policies for each client to maintain consistent pricing
strategies across all distribution channels.
● Revenue Management Systems: Utilize revenue management software and tools efficiently for each client. Identify
opportunities to enhance data analysis capabilities and overall revenue management effectiveness.
● Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams of each client to align pricing
and promotional strategies with revenue goals and overall business objectives.
● Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their revenue management needs
and ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is
advantageous.
● Preferred Experience
o Experience in the hospitality industry
o Experience with managing OTA listing and coordinating with OTA market managers.
o Experience in Analyst role, keeping track of hotel metrics and providing reporting and analysis support.

o Knowledge of best practices of hotel distribution channels, online travel agencies, and revenue management.
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
o A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages are an asset.
o Familiarity with the market and industry trends to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate challenges for each
client.
o Highly computer literate with a high-level command of Excel.
o Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets
