Marketing Manager

Job brief:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, conducting market research, and tracking campaign performance. The ideal candidate should have an experience of min. 4 years in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct content research and creation for various marketing materials such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, etc
• Manage social media accounts and execute both organic and paid campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness
• Develop and implement a marketing calendar to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with business goals and are delivered on time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consulting, sales, product, and design to create effective marketing strategies
• Develop and execute branding initiatives to establish company’s brand identity and positioning
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Track and analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
• Create and manage relationships with external partners

*Need to have: *

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Min. 4 years of proven experience in Marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with content creation, social media management, branding, and analytics
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Must be goal-oriented, self-starter and aggressive enough to drive teams and achieve the defined goals
• Knowledge of marketing automation too
