Client Success Manager, Remote (Open to Interns, and Experienced)

Somebody with a 0-1 mindset and understands the startup marketplace is preferred.

• Evangelize products with prospective customers and ensure customers maximize product value
• Monitor product adoption & business outcomes; identify opportunities for improved usage & impact, and see those opportunities through with your customer
• Unblock internal escalations by partnering with cross functional teams including product, engineering, product delivery, support, and sales
• Have a good understanding of your customer’s business and HR challenges; serve as a thought partner on strategy development.
• Build relationships and credibility with key contacts at all levels; proactively identify contact gaps and work cross-functionally to foster those new relationships Influence
• Drive customer satisfaction through impeccable execution & strategic value add, guaranteeing customer renewal
