About you: Partnership Lead is one of the senior leaders of the company, working closely with the clients and founders of D2C brands to drive the future-oriented vision and plans around WhatsApp.
Your growth:

Key Responsibilities :
- To identify and build relationship with the key ecosystem and enterprise partners
- Drive revenue target every month
- Build community of enablers in D2C ecosystem and organize webinars/events for the same
- Understand market sentiment and drive product integrations with partners
- To work with Product, Customer Success and Tech team to undertand market and drive partnerships
- Innovate sales funnel to add new revenue channels
- Goal-oriented and data-driven to actively track metrics of different sales channels
- Strategising the growth path for the company in terms of Sales adoption (Revenue)
- Drive revenue growth and cost optimization for customers. Suggest product and process changes to drive both growth and cost-effectiveness.
Your Probable Exit in 2-4 years:
Since you will be working with founders/CXOs and key decision makers in D2C domain (D2C brands and enablers), there are 2 kinds of exits:
- Creating a D2C brand or enabler in a particular domain post understanding market sentiments (Given that, the idea relates to the work at BusinessOnBot, BusinessonBot will be the first investor in your startup)
What makes you a good fit :
- Good human being
- 3-4 years of experience in driving revenue, sales and partnership (preferably in SaaS)
- Preferred partnership lead or founder experience
- Sales acumen in building and maitaining relationship
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with excellent listening skills
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of customer’s concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products
- Analytical and data-driven with ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
