Customer Lead Generation
Finding channels to find potential customers, reach out to existing or new customer and make them aware about products/services, promotional opportunities, providing relevant content etc.

Responding to Customer Inquiries
Handle variety of customer inquiries, such as phone calls, emails, or live chat messages. Provide prompt and accurate responses to address customer concerns, answer questions, and resolve issues.

Handling Order Related Queries
Act as the primary source of contact to handle customer complaints or challenges and work towards resolving issues.
