Co-founder - CTO

Are you passionate about technology and Investment Banking? We are looking for a tech co-founder who is interested in building and scaling a fintech start-up. Our goal is to disrupt the Investment Banking industry by leveraging AI.

Job Summary:

As a CTO, you will be responsible for leading the development of our AI and data science initiatives. You will also be responsible for building and managing the tech team, as well as collaborating with the CEO and other team members to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage the tech team;
Develop and implement the company's technology roadmap;
Oversee data collection, analysis, and visualization using machine-learning techniques;
Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to drive innovation and growth;
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends;
Contribute to product development and strategy, including ideation, prototyping, and user testing;
Design, develop, and deploy our technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field;
Extensive experience in software development and machine learning;
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team of data scientists;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation;
PhD in computer science, engineering, or a related field is highly recommended;
Experience in finance is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

While this position is currently UNPAID, the co-founder will receive EQUITY compensation ranging from 15% to 20%, depending on the experience and qualifications. As we secure funding from investors, a salary will be provided. The position is currently part-time and remote-based but will transition to a hybrid model in the near future.
