Social Media Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that engage our target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, creating and publishing engaging content, monitoring and analyzing performance, and staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business objectives and engage our target audience
• Manage social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Newsletter, and others
• Create and publish engaging content that supports marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, making recommendations for new opportunities and improvements
• Engage with our social media community, Target groups, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 1+ years of professional experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing department
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Hootsuite Analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns
• Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads
