We are looking for an energetic Professional Services Intern to support our sales team. We work very closely with the sales team in order to provide adoption to our digital platform with our Marketplace services. The Professional Services Intern will work closely with our Professional Services Executives in order to schedule meetings with the clients, give a proper follow-up with the Field Operations Team, and upload different documents and data in order to ensure the best customer experience possible.
Responsibilities include:
- Schedule meetings with clients in Spanish and English
- Understand the internal marketplace processes and help the team ensure the best customer experience
- Research agriculture market in multiple countries to identify potential new customers and opportunities for outreach
- Identify the key indicators of a successful potential client
- Work directly with different departments of the company related with technology, customer success and field operations.
Requirements
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university or being a recent graduate within the last 6 months
- Availability to commit between 20 hours per week
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Proficiency with Google Drive & Microsoft Excel
- Any CRM experience will be helpful
- Effective communication skills both in-person and email
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Detail-oriented and strong organization skills
- Go-getter mentality
- Positive can-do Attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Interest in the Startups environment or the Agricultural Business.
- Majoring in Administration, International Relations, Business.
