Thera is building the de facto platform for global startups to manage their workforce. Our founding team is ex-Amazon and ex-Palantir. We’re looking for a Head of Growth to join our team.

We're fresh off a seed round and backed by some of the world's leading investors: Y Combinator, Oliver Jung, Bayhouse Capital, 10x Founders, Amino Capital, Zillionize, House Capital, and many notable angels.

• Take on the role of an Account Executive

• Develop Thera’s growth strategy

• Build strong relationships with potential customers

• Work closely with the CEO and Head of Ops
