We are searching for a strategic Head of Growth to propel our revolutionary product to market dominance.
Role:
The Head of Growth at Frame will architect and execute a forward-thinking growth strategy that showcases our AI-native platform as a transformative force in the industry. Responsibilities include:
Leading initiatives that leverage our AI-driven tools to maximize acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to fuse growth objectives with user-centric product development.
Harnessing data analytics to uncover growth opportunities and refine market strategies.
Innovating and testing growth hypotheses through data-backed experiments.
Cultivating strategic partnerships to amplify our AI capabilities and extend our market footprint.
Developing and inspiring team members, fostering an environment of success and innovation.
Integrating customer feedback into product enhancements to continually adapt and evolve our offerings.
Crafting acquisition and expansion strategies that underscore the unique benefits of an AI-native OS.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in growth marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment, demonstrating successful market expansion and scaling.
Proven capability in leading diverse, high-performing teams.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of driving decisions based on data and clearly articulating complex concepts.
Strong background in Product-Led Growth (PLG) methodologies and experience with AI-driven product strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
