We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and co-founder, someone who shares our passion for building companies that improve the world. The founding team is made up of experienced entrepreneurs who have built successful companies in the past and are committed to reinvesting all revenue into the business during the first one to two years. We have the time, resources, and financial stability to delay personal compensation in favor of long-term success, and we expect a similiar commitment from our CMO.

However, we understand that during this early phase, it’s natural to have other side hustles or businesses, as long as they don’t interfere with your role in the company. We want our co-founders to have the flexibility to pursue other interests while being fully dedicated to our shared goals.

The founder has successfully built companies generating over $25 million in revenue within a few years, demonstrating a strong track record of success. The aim is to replicate this rapid growth with the right team and strategy. With the CEO’s experience in building similar $25M+ businesses, the company is fully funded and does not require outside capital, ensuring that our vision and direction remain fully aligned as a team.

We are proud to be fully self-funded, allowing us the freedom to pursue our vision without external constraints. Our founder’s personal investment in the company demonstrates a deep belief in our mission and provides us with a stable foundation to grow at our own pace. Unlike many startups, we have the unique advantage of making strategic decisions that align fully with our long-term goals, ensuring that every step we take is focused on creating lasting impact and value. With no outside investors, we retain complete control over our culture, vision, and direction—guaranteeing that our team remains our top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2C strategic marketing plans that align with the company’s business objectives.
  • Oversee the marketing team, campaigns, and budget to drive customer acquisition and growth.
  • Focus on building high-impact marketing strategies across digital, social media, content, and brand management.
  • Collaborate with the founders to scale the business quickly, while reinvesting all early profits back into the company to build the team and create the best customer experience.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated success in B2C business within one or more of the following areas:

  • Education
  • High-ticket product sales
  • Online media buying/lead generation
  • Audience building
    (More than one area of experience is highly preferred.)

  • Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and driving growth.

  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.

  • Data-driven and analytical approach to marketing strategies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Bonus:

  • Experience in the education industry or successfully launching high-ticket programs.
  • Degrees or certifications in marketing or advertising are a plus but not required.

Compensation:

  • Primarily equity for the first one to two years, with the potential for a small negotiable base salary.
  • All founders are committed to reinvesting early revenue back into the company for the first one to two years to fuel growth and enhance customer experience.
  • minority co-founder level equity ownership with permanent upside as the company grows.
  • If you leave after your vesting period, you will retain permanent ownership in the company and continue to receive distributions as the business scales.

Flexibility:

  • While you're not yet receiving a full salary, it is understood that you may have other jobs, businesses, or side hustles as long as they don’t interfere with your role at the company.
  • The expectation is for a long-term commitment, but we respect your future decisions and ensure you retain ownership even if you move on after vesting.
