Nappr is a marketplace that offers 4 to 10-hour hotel rates to help people catch up on rest and meet the demands of their unique schedules. Our network of 1,050+ global properties enables anyone on-the-go to book rooms same-day at chains like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Sheraton and also many boutiques for up to 50% off the overnight rate - and with all of the amenities included. This also gives hotels the ability to fill their unused capacity and generate extra revenue with convenient, hourly scheduling
We're on a mission to provide affordable access to quality sleep for those who tend to be exhausted in the middle of a hectic day and we're looking for someone to lead our Marketing efforts who can help us communicate this to the world!
As CMO, you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of all of Nappr's marketing and promotional initiatives. This will be crucial as we scale our business in 28 countries and drive revenue growth via B2C channels and B2B partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be generating revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and whatever else you feel is necessary to help drive our business forward.
You'll also have the opportunity to dip your hands into sales, new business development, product development, distribution channel management and customer service, so if you like wearing a lot of hats then this should be right up your alley. You'll also ensure that our messaging is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet our sales objectives.

Education Requirements
- Ideally a background in Marketing or something similar. We're a 4-person startup and the most important thing is that you can do the job effectively.

- Keen design acumen
- Desire to lead and inspire a team. (This role will eventually require you to hire additional people).
- Great communication skills
- Passionate customer advocacy. You may not be interfacing with our customers directly, but who knows? Either way, you'll need to advocate for them at some point.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management
- Some understanding of changing market dynamics
- Entrepreneurial spirit! This one is important. If you don't want to work at a small start-up then we may not be the ideal place for you.
