By joining Tidio as a Chief Technology Officer, you will become a crucial member of our 7-people international C-level Team. You will work hand in hand with the CEO, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer to make sure we make the best decisions from the technology standpoint.
As a Chief Technology Officer you will:
- be a true leader for our Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product Security teams (currently consisting of 60+ members and are growing every month);
- oversee all technology activities – make sure that we take bold but data-driven decisions and that our infrastructure is secured;
- plan, structure, and scale the teams (we plan to hire more engineers by the end of 2024);
- create smart and actionable goals for team members;
- make sure that Engineering teams deliver on time with high quality;
- mentor and support the growth of the Head of Engineering and the Head of Infrastructure, so they are empowered to drive positive changes in their departments.
You're a perfect fit for us if you have:
- a previous experience in scaling technology teams in a fast-growing company (perfectly SaaS, min 70+ employees in the technology/ IT department);
- proven record of improving the effectiveness of development teams by using a wide variety of agile techniques;
- familiarity with common SaaS & Engineering metrics (e.g., MRR, churn, lead time, MTTR, velocity, etc.);
- an experience in implementing SDLC for large teams;
- a solid technical background - you love to code, but decided to put your potential into leadership skills;

- an experience in implementing processes from scratch;
- outstanding communication skills and ability to connect business needs with technology capabilities;
- excellent analytical thinking skills;
- a strong goal-oriented attitude;
