About Stans

At Stans, we’re on a mission to bring fan engagement to a new level by rewarding fans for any action they take online supporting their favorite music artists. We believe in empowering the music industry and are building a platform that enables a new, direct, and fun way to connect artists and their fans. Our vision is to expand the product beyond music to serve all creators and brands online.

Stans is an early-stage project incubated at one of Europe’s biggest crypto VCs. It is currently in the phase of initial validation and this is your chance to jump on a train that moves towards pre-seed funding.

What We’re Looking For

Role:
We’re searching for a technical co-founder (CTO) to execute all engineering activities, shape the tech strategy, and (co-)lead product development.
You’ll have the freedom to innovate and drive the technical vision.
As you join very early on, expect to execute 100% of all required tasks independently.
As one of two co-founders, Stans will be your company. Be ready to commit to a 10-year journey were highs are very high and lows are very low.

Ideal Candidate:
You have experience in building mobile apps (Android/iOS) using a modern JS stack (React, Tailwind, Next/Express, Typescript, SQL or similar) and integrating web3 technologies.
You’re a builder at heart, passionate about user experiences, and thrive in startup environments.
With a strong bias toward action, you emphasize on execution and learning over planning.
Your determination and resilience let you see the vision through, no matter the obstacles.
You are persistent to solve problems and find pragmatic solutions, even when it gets tough.**
