INTO Archive is looking for a NY-based Social Media Content and Community Manager who is proactive, hyper-organized, adaptable and capable of developing in a startup environment. To be successful in this role, you must have general knowledge and interest in archival fashion, a high-level thinker who can forward and drive short and long-term community strategy, and translate those strategies into plans of action to achieve goals and objectives. This role is responsible for all content created and written across all platforms including but not limited to, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Youtube and Linkedin. This role will drive expansion INTO Archive’s digital footprint and values through online content. This role also includes some video creation for the platforms mentioned above.
Key Performance Metrics:
- Quality of content created
- Action on relevant zeitgeist moments
- Execute key marketing initiatives
- Growing content channels including engagement and impressions
- Increase traffic and engagement across channels
- Increase positive brand sentiment and awareness
Key Accountablilities:
Functional
- Create content including templates, grid layouts for all platforms
- Write, edit and research content utilizing trends, SEO practices and lead generation
- Write and edit SEO while implementing best practices to improve search results
- Assist with the execution of social media strategy for various content platforms, including community management
- Assist in SEO strategy to improve organic search engine performance based on traffic and conversion rates by targeting keywords
- Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them on the forefront of decision making and design process
- Research and action on current and upcoming relevant social trends
- Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
- Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and finding solutions to improve them

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of writing experience; examples preferred
- Degree or related experience in Journalism, Communications or related field
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and community-building experience
- Experience in content creating, designing posts, drafting posts, hashtag strategies, and working with editorial and marketing calendars
- Experience in creative concept ideation and execution
