Position Overview: Barsys, an innovative company revolutionizing the drinking experience through consumer robotics and SaaS-based solutions, is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Community Manager. This role is central to building and nurturing our online community, expanding our digital footprint, and enhancing brand awareness. You will be the voice of Barsys across social media platforms, connecting with cocktail curators, influencers, and at-home cocktail enthusiasts, while fostering meaningful relationships with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a strategic social media plan that aligns with Barsys' vision and goals. Manage all social media channels, grow our online presence, engage with followers, and convert them into active fans, customers, and advocates for our brand.
Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging content across digital platforms. This includes storytelling around our products, highlighting user experiences, and showcasing the creativity within our community of mixologists and cocktail lovers.
Community Engagement: Drive brand awareness and community engagement by actively interacting with our online audience. Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and customers, creating a vibrant community around the Barsys brand.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers in the beverage, technology, and lifestyle sectors to amplify Barsys' reach and credibility.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing and community building.
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and the beverage industry. Leverage this knowledge to keep Barsys ahead of the curve in community engagement and influencer marketing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or similar role, ideally within the technology or beverage industry.
Demonstrable success in growing and managing online communities and building influencer partnerships.
Strong creative skills with the ability to develop content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Experience with social media analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
