Job Description:

Are you passionate about storytelling through video? Do you know how to make short-form videos pop with the right music, effects, and transitions? The Metapause is looking for a dynamic Video Editing Intern who can help us create engaging and impactful Reels and short videos across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. This is your chance to contribute to a mission-driven company focused on improving women's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and optimize short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more.
• Use tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar software to make videos that grab attention.
• Stay on top of social media trends and incorporate them into video content.
• Work closely with our social media team to storyboard and execute videos aligned with The Metapause’s mission and voice.
• Track video performance and iterate based on metrics to maximize engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience with CapCut, Premiere, or similar video editing tools.
• A talent for storytelling through video, with an eye for pacing, effects, and sound.
• Ability to work quickly and adapt videos to fit trends while maintaining brand consistency.
• Passion for women's health and a desire to create content that empowers and inspires.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• The first 3 months are unpaid, with the opportunity for full-time paying roles after the initial trial period. We also offer generous commission structures for sponsorship sales.
