About the job
Our project managers are responsible for the timely completion of our school website projects with the highest possible quality. This position requires a lot of communication with our new customers, other teams at our company, and our subcontractors; via phone, email, and video conferencing.
The project manager is not only an excellent communicator but also has a certain level of understanding of the web environments (Conversion of Design to HTML, CSS)
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality client interaction ( primary point of contact from the beginning of the project until the launch of their new website)
Provide client satisfaction
Efficiently complete deliverables
Use organization, communication, and troubleshooting skills to prioritize multiple assignments and meet project deadlines
Quality testing for website builds and launches
Research to obtain extra information to use as additional project assets
Work closely and collaboratively with graphic designers and provide feedback on design quality and website usability
Collaborate & communicate with both internal and external stakeholders like photographers, the Design team, and Developers
The ideal candidate:
Exceptional customer service skills
Exceptional eye for aesthetically pleasing websites
Excels at delivering projects on time and within budget, meeting high-quality standards and customer expectations
Must possess excellent communication skills
is a multi-tasker but does not lose attention to detail
Has the ability to work effectively with a flexible approach to work within a fast-paced environment
Has a great sense and understanding of graphic design, user interface design, and website usability
Is an energetic person with a positive attitude, is a problem solver
Shows a willingness to learn
Background in communications, design, PR, managing projects or events, and experience working with multiple clients or stakeholders simultaneously
Experience setting and communicating priorities to project teams, while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Background or experience in computer science/HTML/CSS or UX a plus (but not required)
