One year after our launch, we have more than 50 clients (Qonto, Microsoft, Papernest, Meilleurs Agents…) in 10 countries.
We are growing fast, there is a huge demand for coaching and we therefore need to grow the Sales Team. You will be one of the first employees and have a direct impact on the success of the company! You will be one of Coachello’s ambassadors and represent the company in front of your prospects and clients.
As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for driving revenue with a focus on the mid-market segment (500 - 2,000 employees). You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting (email, linkedin, cold calling, events…) and qualifying new opportunities to negotiating and closing your deals.
You are committed to learning and perfectly executing our sales methodologies to hit your quota and grow your sales skills.
You will work closely with Quentin, one of the co-founder and are going to be involved in the Sales and company strategy.
We want to make you grow and will offer you the opportunity to reach other positions in the company.
Within 1 month, you will:
Be fully integrated into the Coachello family
Get familiar with our tools, sales processes and cycle…
Master the product demo and pitch
Get familiar with the Learning & Development industry, our market and competition
Within 3 months, you will:
Close your first deal
Be the owner of the full sales cycle and build your own pipeline
Run tailored and exceptional client meetings
Become an expert in Learning & Development market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
Within 6 months, you will:
Drive revenue generation through qualifying and closing new business
Meet and exceed all quarterly sales quotas
Within 12 months, you will:
Be an expert in the market
Have opportunities to grow within Coachello, recruit new business developers
The Skill Set
At least 2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment (HR/L&D is a huge +), as an Account Executive or Business Developer Role.
A growth mindset and a life-long learning attitude
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in English + French
Enthusiasm about the idea of working for a growing company in a small team
Autonomous and adaptive
