Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team, tasked with the role of contributing to the establishment of our sales team and the foundational structure of our sales organization. In this role, you will be contributing to shaping the future of our business development efforts, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to engage in the challenge of building a business development strategy in a hyper-growth startup environment.
Your future missions within our team:
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team
- Follow up on leads and track progress in CRM
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows in EU and the US
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Ideal candidate:
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, initiative, and curiosity
- Excellent organization and methodology
- Strong interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- Full working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
