Job description :
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Design offer letters, and selection emails, coordinate with the candidates and hiring team for onboarding, and drive operations smoothly.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Candidates possessing experience in start-ups would be preferred.
1 year of experience in recruitment will be preferred not mandatory
