About the job
Thrive seeks a customer support associate to help restaurants succeed online. We're looking for a people-oriented communicator who can multitask, solve problems, and thrive in a culture of freedom and responsibility. In our small team, you’ll have the chance to explore ideas, take risks, and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly address customer inquiries via chat & email, leaving a positive impression.
- Help customers/restaurant partners use our products effectively.
- Analyze and report product issues, testing scenarios to aid the development team.
- Update internal databases with technical and customer insights.
- Share feature requests and solutions with the team for continuous improvement.
- Follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure satisfaction.
- Gather and share customer feedback with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in customer support or related roles.
- Industry familiarity is a plus, though freshers are welcome.
- Proficiency in Excel, help desk, and support tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Comfort with night/rotational shifts.
