About Harmonize

Role & Responsibilities:
- Become part of leadership team working closely with the CEO.
- Build a team: Build your own team of 5 within the first year.
- Demand Generation: Develop and operationalize a demand generation and ABM strategies to generate and nurture high quality prospects to grow the sales pipeline using a variety of digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Product Marketing: Be the connection between Harmonize’s product offerings and customer’s needs to clearly define value propositions and competitive differentiation for a variety of stakeholders across verticals.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the toolkit necessary for selling to retailers, product brands, retail affiliates, ad agencies and partners including presentations, email templates, coaching documents, collateral, proposal materials, white papers, FAQ, competitive intelligence, objection handling, customer references, case studies, proof points, ROI models, etc. Work with Product Managers and others to ensure key messaging is conveyed in scripted sales demos.
- Brand Strategy: Own and improve Harmonize's brand identity, essence, vision, mission, and core values.
- Manage the discoverability and recognition of Harmonize through ownership of all customer facing assets including the website, SEO, Social Media, events and more.
- Public Relations: Manage all press, analyst, and trade relation activities. Direct day-to-day responsibilities with the PR agency and develop PR materials that align with product roadmap and press editorial calendars.
- Work with product management to explore methods of leveraging the company’s rich and growing data stream for PR and sales benefit, e.g., creating key metrics and analytics for use in measuring the performance of individual companies
- Marketing Operations: Direct data analysis and campaign effort to identify and target new customer and up-sell opportunities and increase sales and lead generation effectiveness. Champion web-to-lead automation.
- Event Marketing: Schedule, plan, develop and manage all trade event marketing activities, participating directly onsite as needed. This includes identifying, evaluating, and recommending preferred venues for event participation and other thought leading custom programs.
- Webinars: Plan 2-3 different types of events and then conduct them on a regular cadence. Repurpose them potentially as a podcast, blogs etc with a special focus on distribution.
Required Skills:
- You have a track record of 5+ years of marketing experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), d2c brands or b2b saas companies focussed on USA/Canada/UK/Australian Markets.
- You are a doer and a strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Ability to be hands-on is super important.
- You obsess over customers’ enduring motivations, cultural context, and the business landscape
- You will enjoy working closely with Sales and Product teams for development and execution these strategies
- You are analytical and can explain using data how marketing activity contributes to organisational objectives like pipeline growth, lead conversion, brand influence, etc.
- You have a strong sense of autonomy and urgency, even when managing initiatives with long lead times, adaptability, and flexibility to meet changing priorities and adjust to different management styles
- You have a strong drive for results and ability to display leadership, decision making and analytical skills, effective communication, strategic thinking, self-motivation, and a passion of data analytics
