About the job

Role Overview
As a Growth Hacker, you will take ownership of the entire growth lifecycle—from user acquisition to activation, retention, and revenue optimization. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing strategies that drive sustainable growth, running growth experiments, analyzing results, and scaling successes. This role will have a direct impact on Headstart's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage growth strategies that increase customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Identify, prioritize, and run A/B tests, rapid experiments, and campaigns to optimize every part of the customer journey.
  • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and data teams to align strategies and drive growth initiatives.
  • Optimize channels such as SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, and referral programs.
  • Leverage creative problem-solving and innovative approaches to discover new acquisition channels.
  • Monitor KPIs and growth metrics, ensuring the company hits key growth milestones.
  • Build and scale viral referral programs, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in growth marketing and user acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a growth hacking, marketing, or related role within a high-growth environment (preferably in SaaS, tech, or consumer apps).
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, paid advertising, and social media.
  • Expertise in running data-driven experiments and A/B tests, as well as analyzing results to iterate and optimize.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
  • Knowledge of virality and referral strategies that can drive exponential growth.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Previous experience working in startup environments.
